What's On This Week

Thursday
Unity are at Fidds with a huge line-up this Thursday. The Unity Jam will open the night from 8:30 onwards. there are two acoustic acts - debut Unity performances from James and also from a currently unnamed Celtic folk duo which is gonna be rather special. There are also three bands booked: Kulak (hip-hop/rock fusion) Loop (melodic indie-rock) and Dakota (rock). DJ for the night will be Audioholic (breaks).Vortex Promotions and Diesel City Promotions have hooked up to bring you a monthly night of peterborough diversity at The Park. Friday
The Audio Collective are returning to Lisboa on Friday night for another night of hard dance, drum and bass and breaks. Entrance is 9 - 2.

Saturday
On Saturday Muddy Promotions present Opaque (local lauch of their new album "The Last Moustache") and Point of Origin (releasing their new EP "Politrix") at the Brewery Tap. The Muddy Arts collective are transforming the Tap into a magical space for the night. Entrance is free before 10pm and £3 after.

Sunday
On Sunday Deep Roots are launching their new Sunday Session at Lisboa (near the English Rose, Lincoln Road) for a day and night of chilled out funky and jazzy grooves. This is going to be a relaxed and friendly event that will take place most Sundays.
There is also a gathering of the Muddy Arts collective at what was previously the Glass Onion Pub, Burghley Road on Sunday from 1pm. The building is now Festy HQ. for the Muddy Team, preparing for the first Grassroots Festy at the end of June this year. If you would like to get involved in the Arts and Design sides of the event come along and say hello.
